I have been ordering dog food from this company for several years. They are prompt, responsive and extremely helpful. Last week, I chose another vendor recommended by my vet clinics. Big mistake! No match for this company. I had a tough time canceling my order and went back to "GotPetsupplies".
I shall continue using them over and over again.

Two days ago, I wrote a review about VS. Past 2 days I put in a dispute request because I asked their customer service to cancel my order and I was promised a confirmation which I did not get until today and as follows;

We have sent a transaction cancellation request to your financial institution to ensure you are not charged.

They are so out of it. Now, their blaming the manufacturer.
Also, they are saying other things which I ordered. I did not order anything but the dog food.

This company stinks
