I'm writing on behalf of an Official Government Establishment in D. C. I placed an order for flowers bouquet to our colleague who just had a new born baby, I ordered it on Sept 6th and I was assured for delivery on the 7th! I checked with my colleague and she said no delivery was made and today is the 12th.
So I call, and the shop lady didn't even know that that delivery truck had some delays apparently! Of course, they wanted to re-deliver it by adding more flowers? This is very embarrassing and unprofessional not following up on people's orders with this amount of money that I paid about $140.
But this is the last time I order flowers from them, and the worst part is they didn't contact me to apologize or provide me a reason for the delay! A Whole freaking week and no call or notifications via email.
I don't recommend this place at alllll.
