My husband ordered flowers the 19th to be delivered the 21st for my birthday and they didn't show up. He contacted customer service and they couldn't find the order, then wait they did find it and offered a refund or an enhanced arrangement, he opted for the enhanced arrangement and it was finally delivered on the 23rd. Big mistake, he should have taken the refund. The flowers were cheap for the price he paid and just bunched in a vase and was one sided. I'm not sure what the enhancement was, but this arrangement was very poor quality and to be 2 days late is unacceptable. I know how this works, I used to manage a flower shop and I know quality and the price of flowers. Never again will we use this service. We have asked that they come and pick up the arrangement I don't want it. It is a sad representation of a gift from my husband.
