I had a GE refrigerator for 2 years. One of the drawers broken only after 2 years of light use. I ordered OEM drawer from GE website. To my surprise drawer sent to me had a hugh crack on it! Now I have to pay for post to send it back! And I am responsible for costs! I made this review short and don't comment on rude woman on customer service, put me on hold for half an hour and connect me to non where! GE appliances quality and customer service is a joke!
