I say to anyone thinking of ordering from this out of the country company DON'T. For the poor people that made the same mistake I did and ordered from Dresslily my condolences. I am surprised that the USA allows other countries to scam Americans.The tops I ordered five tops, they were jammed in a small dirty package wrinkled and three sizes too small the poorest quality. The return(there is no refund)process is unbelievable. This company requires pictures, measurements and packages received in. They offered me a 15% voucher toward another purchase from them, I wouldn't buy anything else from dresslily and will discourage anyone I know not to even look at the web page. My entire experience with this company was like being robbed in front of hundreds of people.
