I allowed my sons to order a fidget toy from a seller who sold it to us and then contacted us after the sale had gone through to ask for more money via a 'link', I refused to pay more money so the seller refused to ship but had already marked the item as shipped, this resulted in me having to wait to open a dispute before I could ask for my money back. The dispute was eventually opened 10 days later only for the seller to pay half the amount and close the dispute. Ali Express have not only got a 'Bot' system as customer service, therefor there is no way to report scam sellers and receive your full money back. BEWARE.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use the site, it is no longer safe and you are not covered by a 'live' customer service, it is all dealt with via a 'bot' system

We did not receive the product, seller never shipped.
