I ordered some items from Williams Sonoma USA to be shipped to Singapore, because there was a 50% discount on shipping. Otherwise I wouldn't have ordered the items. Like many of you who wrote your reviews here, Borderfree charged me the full shipping cost. I wrote to customer service and they denied the 50% discount. Whether it's an offer from Williams Sonoma or Borderfree, that's not my problem. Somebody has to honor that offer as it's published on the Williams Sonoma website. It is even on the page when I checked out.
This is absolutely unacceptable! It is a very dishonest offense. Those of you in Williams Sonoma, I hope you read this. You are losing customers because many of us will not ever buy from stores who uses Borderfree As fulfillment partner. And Pitney Bowes, you ought to know this and be very ashamed of what Borderfree, a company by you, is doing.
