I returned the majority of my order and followed the instructions s to how to attach label be where to be dropped off. As to date, it has been 30 days since I mailed the return, the tracking advised it was picked up on 7/15, I still haven't been refunded. Despite the numerous calls, I was told if I don't get the refund by 8/7 to call again. 8/12/2020 I'm told they already processed a refund last week and wait for my bank.
The reps are very nice and polite, but to have to call several weeks for a refund you are due is ludicrous. Never again!
