“Best products but Worst customer service! Colourpop should stop selling the products!”

Colourpop's customer service department's are I must say very lazy or reluctant to the customer!

I emailed colourpop for 4 days continuously that I am a new buyer. So how can I purchase lipstick with the $5 off promo code with free shipping! But they didn't reply till now!
