I ordered my chair via phone with Joe R. He was great! And very helpful.
The one thing that should be updated is "free delivery". I had to pay shipping/delivery. Granted I still received a good product at a fair price.
The two young guys who delivered my chair did have some difficulty getting it through the doorway to the den. Perhaps they should consider removing the box before bringing the furniture in the house.
I'm sure this is not my last purchase.
