My opinion is that they are deceptively hiding more delivery fees in its service charges then advertising coupon for free delivery which seems like a bit of bait and switch. Ive been a business customer for catered lunch as well as home for many years. They seemed to take accuracy and satisfaction seriously in past, but now you get more sorrys and sorry nothing I can do, blaming the restaurant and leaving you with missed items or no remedy for a ruined business lunch. Over past several orders Id say nearly half or maybe more were botched. Dont respond to requests for their corporate or legal office to complain, Run away, run away
Tip for consumers:
Based on recent catering order, dont count on inclusion of bread, utensils, plates, or napkins even if restaurant says it is included. Messed up my business lunch and said nothing they could do about the missing items and instead just blamed the restaurant. its game of roulette. you may or may not get what you want on each order, and maybe they will offer you 5 bucks for missing the side items you paired with your main course. nothing for anything they deem a special request - not our problem
