I rented a car from Rentalcars.com in 2016 to be picked up in Paris at CDG. I paid for the car in full. When I arrived a bit late due to airplane issues, they had rented my car to someone else. Not only was I stranded after a difficult flight, but they took my money and then took someone else's money for the same car, and refused to reimburse me. UNBELIEVABLE. To make matters worse (and this is my fault), I somehow forgot about this incident and just rented another car from them. They charged me and then did not send a confirmation, and there is absolutely no record of my rental online. How is this company still doing business?
