Our document template software is a tool that allows customers to create agreements, not an all-encompassing solution that does everything for the end user. The expectation is that customers are responsible for awareness of special requirements in their jurisdiction. While we may try to help customers by making common answer suggestions or providing information in frequently asked questions, ultimately, it is up to the customer to know what their fact situation requires or to get the assistance of local legal counsel. The question template is intended to accommodate the majority of end users and to give them the flexibility to create a document that will work for them. The customer drafts, creates and edits the document as they feel is best.
