I have done great business with Banggood for years and got marvelous items with good shipping, till one day the horror began. The problem seems to be that I choose the new "European Direct Mail" delivery system, which implies that the parcel is carried by GLS. It took 2 months for the parcel to be shipped! Meanwhile I had already ordered and received the desired item from another source. I requested a refund from Banggood but did not get it till three months later, after tens of tearful and hopeless emails to the customer service. I got the feeling that the customer service was simply not accustomed to handling problems caused by a rogue carrier. The fault was hence robotically put on the customer, who had to wait, endure and perform tasks.
