I googled my purchase and decided microsoft was the safest online purchase. I WAS DEAD wrong! I clicked on the link to purchase but was REQUIRED to sign in to my microsoft account to purchase. NOT 1 time during this transaction from your store was I informed my purchase is ONLY transferrable to devices associated with this microsoft account. NOT 1 time was an option given to alert the consumer that if this purchase IS NOT for them - LOG out! How many unspent dollars from 80 year old grandparents get lost in your bank account because your process to purchase/refund is excruciating?
