I had requested a refund on my tickets due to COVID-19. I didn't really expect to get a refund... maybe just credit... but the refund was preferable due to me currently being unemployed as a result of COVID-19. The customer service representative, Danish (his first name) was amazing. He was very understanding, polite, professional, prompt, and was able to get a refund for me. It was honestly the best experience I've ever had with customer service... in ANY industry.
