I can only assume that the mailman just decided to go home at some point so took a picture of my parcel in front of his own house and marked it as delivered! There's no way I can get through their customer service, their online Bot is a painful nerve damaging experience and i have spend hours walking around the neighbourhood trying to guess the door in the picture but I never did!
UPDATE: Hermes responded to me 2 days later to say they can see that the parcel was safely delivered to my address to which I replied by saying that it was completely untrue. I also managed to contact a supervisor from Hermes, contacted the shop that used them as carrier and honestly was leaving bad reviews for them on all platforms. The next day a mailman miraculously brought my parcel. He just said it was delivered to wrong address and left. Which of my actions above made them find and deliver my parcel I don't know.
