I've had two of these car covers. My first car cover was not adequate and replaced with no issues. I decided to replace this cover with Carcovers top of the line cover to protect my investment. And after having this cover for maybe 4 or so years, the cover now cannot be touched without it ripping.
Now, I've filed a warranty claim, and I've reached out to their Customer service asking them why i haven't heard anything about the warranty claim that I've filed. This claim was filed in October 2018, and it is now January 2019. And I have not heard a word.
So as I've been patiently waiting for a representative from Carcovers to contact me, the investment in which i trusted their product to protect, is offered little if any protection from the products listed on their web site and the company has not been as customer focused when it seems to involve issues with it's product line.
