After reading good reviews on the site ( I didn't see ONE bad one, weird...) I bought some 18in mix blonde clip ins. In was impressed at first but after one wash the hair was dry, frizzy and wouldn't syle.
I contacted customer service and they told me to send the hair back and they would send me a new set as a "good gesture".
I sent they back around a week and a half ago, and they havnt replied to an email since!
Absolutely fuming. I am seriously ill and cannot work. I cannot afford to spend another £40 on hair extensions! These were a gift for my 21st birthday.
Needless to say I would stay FAR away from this " company". 0*'s all round.
Not to mention the emails I received before sending the hair back were typed appallingly! Typo's everywhere and poor spelling. Very unprofessional!
