“Terrible customer service”

I had a terrible experience with their customer service department after my order showed up with missing products. They were not able to refund me or offer to reship the products. I won't buy from them again and wouldn't recommend them to any friends after their customer service team was rude and was unable to address the missing products.

Tip for consumers:
I requested to be put in touch with management of the customer service rep and was ignored multiple times.
