On Saturday, June 4th, I placed an order for 3 items from this site. I've never bought anything from them before but it looked legit. The website says all orders are shipped within 48 hours, M-F, 8am to 5pm. Standard shipping takes 7-10 business day. The bill was taken from our account on Monday, June 6th. As of Tuesday, June 14th, I had not received my package. I checked online and my order was still "processing". I called the help number listed on their site. I talked to a person who could barely speak English. He assured my my package would be sent out the following day, June 15th. I told him I'd call back if it was not. June 15th, my items were still "processing". I called back and again talked to someone who barely spoke English. I explained the issue and demanded to talk to his manager and to receive reimbursement since the company didn't uphold it's policy. I was told he would talk to his manager and call me back the next day, June 16th. I never received a call back. I have tried calling them numerous times within their stated business hours but to no avail. I have left a phone message, contacted them via their email address as well as left a message on their instant messaging option on their website. I have received no reply. Since then I have searched online and found I'm not the only one who has been taken by this company.

UPDATE:
As you can see, someone from OTC has replied to my review... don't buy it! They messaged me and said they refunded me for my purchases... they gave a list of things I never ordered, refunding me less than half of what I purchased. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They only responded and made it look like they were fixing the problem so they can continue to scam people. Look at the reviews... everyone that gives a bad review of not receiving their order, they say is because "those items were out of stock". Is everything out of stock? DON'T BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY!

UPDATE: I did email them... several times, also instant messaged and called them... to no avail. No one would answer me about the problem I had. They never refunded me the money. Don't believe them...
