I'm still in shock of this situation, so let's start the story in quick fact
1-did order a white dress with specific measure and triple check them to make sure was all right
2- received the dress and unboxed it, the dress came another colour underneath not white kind of salmon but I choose the white options so weird
3- tries the dress and was too big, I did check the measure of the dress and was too big compare the measure I gave them even compare it with another old dress with the same and you could see the difference
4- funniest part start, contact customer service to tell them, they asked picture of the dress to see what's the problem, I took the picture with both dress hanging to see the difference and few picture with the dress on me, ( they reply nothing wrong I probably send them wrong measure!)
5- ask them again what they could do as the dress is not on the measure a requested (they ask my measure again to check and they reply straight that I probably received a standard size dress and I should go to the tailor to make it fit for myself
6- I told them that I can do it but they will have tonpay for it, because I received a standard size which I requested with specific measure, they said no that was my problem me
7- so I asked to send the dress back for a refund, they do anything, they keep telling me to go make it for myself at my cost

What a company they made mistake they said I was wrong they send a right dress, then they said a received standard size instead by mistake and I have to pay on top of that to make it fit, by the way the dress was poorly made and the quality not so good, so i'm Still trying to get my money back and the last email received, they said please we beg you to keep the dress and offer me 10% of it but with nothing else, I will keep you updated and send review everyday if I have to

Sorry for the long story but what a scam, please have a look at some shop around you much better than that crap website
