Do not order anything from this company... I ordered an item 2 1/2 months ahead of my grand daughter's birthday. They charged account leading me to believe that the item had been shipped. It was not until I inquired where my order was that they informed me that the order was cancelled and they would give me a credit... my grand daughter not only has to endure a virtual birthday party, she will not receive the gifts I had ordered for her. Do not trust or order from this company. They are incompetent and do not deserve any business.
Tip for consumers:
This company is not concerned about its customers. They did not consider the disappointment of my grand daughter. They are not worthy of any business.
