“Never again”

I ordered a man's shirt; received a woman's brassiere. Went online, authorized return, including QR code. Credit card charge was disputed by bank and not paid. FullBeautyBrands now extorting me for $18.38 for return shipping claiming I never told them I was returning item. I paid this fee just to get rid of the dunning letters and phone calls. What a scam: I threw good money after bad for their mistake.
WARNING: if same thing happens to you, watch your credit card transactions for fraudulent charges from Full Beauty Brands.

Tip for consumers:
I ordered a man's shirt; was sent a woman's brassiere. Returned shirt after authorizing the return on their website, including QR code. Paid by credit card; bank reversed charges. Full Beauty Brands is now charging me for return shipping. I paid it just to stop the dunning notices and phone calls. I'm paying for their mistake...
