Technology not their strong side.
Tried to pot an order online. Kept giving me an error RM1 not a decline. I called customer service they told me the bank blocked you, I said I called the bank and there is no problem, then she tried to tell me its because billing and shipping is not the same... really? So she transferred me to a manager, when I realized that I was charged $250 (5 times in total) in my bank account, when I said it to the manager she said it was decline on our side! What? Like really what? She told me that accounting will contact me to put the order in 72 hours!
I told here I prefer to go and buy in Zara
