But my Hanes bras they delivered were saturated in an awful over-sweet smell. I ordered Hanes before and had a different company who delivered to me in Japan as well, but there was no strange smell. I wrote Borderfree and will see what they have to say. I am thankful for the service though.
Update: I just saw the email they have listed in PayPal doesn't work and my message bounced back. Will try to email them from their website.

Try another site or your clothing will be delivered with strange sickening sweet smell

Omg I booked with travelup for Staybridge Suites Time Square and I got to the hotel and they told me they don't use travelup and the hotel is booked. They also don't go by Staybridge Suites Time Square anymore. I tried to call them and their office is now closed. What am I to do, this is awful!
No customer servoce closed at 7:32 Sunday snd i am stranded and they already deducted $610 from me.
