For some reason, my first order was cancelled by you. I went to the site and sent an email and got no response at all. You need to list a phone number for those that have issues as this issue was with you and not me. I then reordered what I wanted, although one of the book's price went up $10.00 from the day before when I first ordered it. On a positive note, i did receive the order the second time and it was not cancelled.

I got NO customer service. You guys cancelled my order for some reason, and then charged me $10 extra dollars the next day when I ordered again.

Reason I chose this business:

I chose Knetbooks because 1) Amazon no longer offers rentals and 2) even though I ordered during the summer, your rentals are not due until the end of the semester in December. For that, I am thankful.

* Knetbooks attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
