I'm elderly; accepted a trial price offer 3 years ago not realising this meant annual subscription of £19.99. They've taken £59.97 using my debit card. Somehow 2 payments slipped past my notice but i spotted the latest, so contacted the company, asking for a refund of the £59.97, as i hadn't wanted to subscribe and hadn't used the company in 3 years! I made a mistake in not realising the initial offer tied me into subscriptions but surely it should have been made clear & obvious by the company?
My refund request was rejected and, like others, i was offered a £20 credit. CUSTOMER SERVICE means understanding and goodwill; completely lacking in this company!
