I wish I could give 0 stars. I wanted a phone for my daughter so she could get in contact with me. I ordered it online it came in a timely fashion. I turned it on I didnt have to activate it which means it was not new. The person who owned it prior to me their contacts were still in the phone and still had incoming texts and calls all day and night. It also had a crack in the back of it. It went very slow and I couldn't hardly hear anything when testing it out making a call. I then called customer service to let them know the issues I was having and they wanted to charge me $25.00 I just through the phone in the trash.
