I placed an order on 11/29/2010 (cyber Monday) and after reviewing the shipping policy was pleased to know that within 7-10 days it would arrive in plenty of for Christmas since I ordered it as a gift. Imagine my disappointment when it did not arrive. I have contacted the company through their various email addresses 8 times (*******@gmail.com, *******@95epay.com, *******@coachforshop.com, *******@coach4shop.com, and directly throught the "contact us" link). So far I have NOT received any response. They took my payment on 12/2/2010 and I have not received the item I ordered. I am beginning to believe that this company is nothing but a big scam or that they have the absolute WORST customer service that I have ever experienced. If my order ever does arrive they will have thoroughly convinced me to NEVER place an order with them again as my first experience has definitely not been a great one. Oh and if you try to leave a review of the item it does not post to the website right way. Instead you get a response that your review has been "received for modification". If they are modifying your reviews how could anyone possibly trust anything about this website. Nothing but a bid waste of time and money. VERY Angry and Disappointed!
