Scam, fraud, there are lots of chance not ending up going your trip. Disaster. Customer service is impolite and useless. I wrote comment on the website and vayama agent came and apologized and asked me to leave my booking number, just to show in public that they care about customer. But no action was taking when I sent my booking number.
