I bought an iPhone for 290 euros. After a few days, I realized that it had multiple problems in receiving calls and the internet.
I asked for it to be substituted, but they told me that they are supposed to repair it before and then substitute only as the last option. However, after 15 days waiting, the SAME telephone came back with the SAME problems.
Now I asked again to be substituted, but I receive only robotic answer saying the same things as before. Thus, I don't have any guarantee that when I will send it again to the vendor they will substitute it this time.
It's a CHAOS and I cannot talk with a human being of the consumer service to solve my problems.
