Needed to return $700 worth of electrical floor receptacles. Jumped through all of their ridiculous hoops (you have to email them to get a return number, and they take 7+ days to reply back just for that!) to get my money back. I called and held 17 minutes twice just to be hung up on. Called repeatedly for the next several days just to be greeted with "Please hold" literally every single time I called and thats if they actually pick up the phone. If you email, you might as well be talking to a damn brick wall. It cost $85 to ship the items back to Santa Monica, Crapfornia and I provided them with a tracking number and everything they needed. The receptacles arrived to them via usps, and a week later I still hadn't received a refund. This is when I decided to get PayPal involved and I'm so thankful I did. Not only did I get my full refund, I wasn't subjected to their BS "25% restocking/inspection fee" so my shipping was covered as well:)
Piss on this company, they are modern day thieves
