Although 'nice' and 'folksy' describe the customer service of this company, having to wait 2 weeks or longer on orders is disappointing. Just not competitive when it comes to entering an order then shipping it out.
Tip for consumers:
Long list of excuses why they cannot deliver in a timely manner is never a good customer service look.
