I recently purchased a jacket, I thought I had bought the jacket in black and it was a dark green. No problems still a cute color the cut just did not fit me right. Anyways I followed the return steps and returned the jacket. (Expecting a full refund of $64.95 to either my account or credit card) WRONG... They refunded my account $34 which is only 1/2 of the total? After calling customer service I was told that half was refunded due to their policy...? What kind of policy is that? I've been a VIP member for over a year and only getting 1/2 of the original purchase price? Then I was told that the $34 dollar could not be refunded to my card and only be used within Fabletics. I just cancelled my VIP and will never purchase another item from Fabletics. They need new policy changes and a more friendly customer service team.
