I purchased a lumbar pillow in July for my son's dorm room. As of mid-August it still hadn't arrived; I checked with UPS and it said "returned to sender" for some inexplicable reason. I emailed Dormify multiple times (because of course they have no phone number you can call) with NO response. I still haven't gotten what I ordered OR a refund to my credit card. This is a scam company so buyer beware.
