So my sister placed an order on SheIn a few weeks ago( ordered: on 5/7/2019, paid for faster shiiping but it takes the longest.) The thing is that most of the time the package is always on delay which is completely understandable, but in that case since we live in Europe (Greece), having the parcel stuck in Germany ( As the tracking informs us) for 6 days isn't acceptable. My problem is that there is a lack of understanding and communication as far as the customer is concerned. Its a good site but it needs improvement on the customer service. I've had the same issue in the past. Hope they can fix it.
