I am not sure what has happened in the last 2 years - but the customer service and follow up is awful. I actually had 11 emails regarding my order - which delayed the process and forced me to cancel the order.
I have given my grandkids these personalized gift cards for several years - for some reason there are all new rules regarding what you can say - example "$$$ for Maui" unacceptable! Picture of 8 yr old in bathing suit considered partial nudity!
And every customer service rep can not do anything for you... why do they bother to answer the phone!
