Just as the prior review stated - I received an email from a relative of mine who is in the industry. Needless to say, I purchase the product to only discover monthly shipping charges and a refusal to refund my full funds. Upon a second call, I was offered a 50% refund w/ keep the shipment. There is no 100% refund as advertised. They charge $9.95 for S&H fee, plus $5-$10 restock fee depending on whom you speak with. Everything must be sent back before they will refund otherwise they give you back 50% to avoid the hassle.
