LISTEN to your customers! Fashion Nova is a business on the rise, and if they want to stay on the rise their customer service is vital to being successful. With all of the Instagram and celebrity endorsements they have, one would think they could afford someone to answer customer calls AT LEAST M-F 8am-5pm. I ordered some shoes on Sunday, paid for 2 day shipping, and they didn't arrive until that Friday. I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO ONE TO CORRESPOND WITH WHEN MY PACKAGE DID NOT ARRIVE WITHIN THE 2 DAYS I PAID FOR. There is a 1800 number listed, but it goes straight to a recording that asks the caller to leave their email address. WTF?!? Email address?!?!?! I sent 2 different emails, and all I received back was an automated email. Thankfully, my shoes did come and I love them. However, the fear of paying a retailer for merchandise, and then not having anyone to communicate with in case of a "hiccup," has lead me to be thankful everything turned out great in this scenario, but never to order from them again.
