Ordered a package was told a delivery date, show up much later and looks beat up, ya pick it up and you can hear it's damaged inside. Been fighting for 4 days to get my money back and send it back but keep getting jerked around and offering $9 back on a $100 item

this place sucks, they don't honor the return and refund statement

Look at BBB, you'll see they take your money make excuses and get nothing done and when you ask for your money back they come up with BS on what they did. Total rip off and lie to cover there $#*! for doing nothing, they have been reported to California AG and they have more than 1 complaint, that BBB review is not honest to what they do, most likely they made their own reviews to bump up the rating

Looking at your case with us I do find many discrepancies when compared with your comments.

1) Looking at your case I see that you contracted us to do a Tax Investigation back on 6/11/19. We completed that investigation on 6/20. We did another subsequent investigation in Dec of 2019. You were charged $500 for that investigation and that was paid. The results were communicated to you.

2) It looks like we talked to you and sent you a Resolution Agreement to sign in May 2020, so we could continue beyond the investigation phase to help resolve your tax issues. That agreement was never signed. Please note that that agreement was only for an additional $100 in fees. Without that agreement we have never been contracted to resolve your tax issues, only investigate them and come up with a game plan. The resolution agreement would have been you agreeing to our execution of that plan. You were never changed the additional $100 since we did not have authorization.

3) I see numerous communications to you requesting documents and information. We did receive some information from you initially, but many of the later requests received absolutely no response back from you. The case was finally closed because of your refusal to submit required paperwork.

As stated in a previous communication if you have a signed resolution agreement, which you would definitely have if you signed on for resolution services, we will immediately refund the funds paid to Millennia. As you state above that we make excuses... what is your excuse for not turning in the requested document so we can issue you a refund?
