I had multiple orders due to slow internet that i haven't noticed that it is already considered as purchased when i keep on refreshing my browser. I checked my bank account and it was deducted. I cancelled some (3 pcs) of it but i can't see the other (11 pcs left) orders on my account so i can cancel it. Please help.

For us to process your refund/replacement, please access our Online Return Form by logging in to your account then click the SKU of the item you want to return. State clearly the reason for returning the item, fill out the necessary fields, take note of the RA CODE (write in it a piece of paper and put it inside the package of the item you're about to return) and return it at any LBC outlets near you FOR FREE.
