“Grammarly, Extremely Poor Customer Service and Deceitful Pricing for Cash Grab”

I was quoted $29.95USD per month and they actually charged me $550USD all at once without specifying the fact that I would be charged in full. Then when it came to talking to someone to get the situation resolved I find out that they don't have a call center for client resolution.
