We purchased a transmission in Aug 2019, it was delivered and installed in mid Sept, drove it less than 2 miles and transmission started messing up, doing the same thing that the burnt transmission we just replaced. Called the company and they told me that we were supposed to replace the transmission filter and that there was a tag wired to the trans tell us that. LIES! There was nothing attached to the trans other than our address for shipping. When I contacted them about it I left a message and heard NOTHING back, so I kept calling, finally got a person and they told me to email *******@autopartsemail.biz and attach the diagnostic report from the mechanic, I emailed the warrantee people first, heard NOTHING, so then I emailed Scott. Did not hear ANYTHING from ANYONE, next thing I know I get a email and text stating they are shipping me a trans, UM hello, I don't need a new one, I had this one rebuilt because no one would answer me and tell me what is going on! And I had been without my car for almost 3 months! I called GotTransmissions and the customer service person was SO rude! He wouldn't let me finish my sentences, he talked over me, and then told me he had nothing else to say to me and hung up. But before he hung up he said "I told you in our last conversation that a replacement transmission was being shipped, i'm sorry if you misunderstood me" THAT CONVERSATION NEVER HAPPENED! I wish I could have said that this company was a good one to buy from, but because of how they have treated me, I will never do business with them again. I understand if they couldn't do anything to help me correct their mistake, but they did not have to treat me like this! First being ignored for so long, and then dismissed like they did
