This was my response after learning that even though my orders have been charged to my Pay Pal and Capital One I have received and can not seem to find my order at their website. "Just so we are clear this is even more upsetting. You've now sent me an email with a link that doesn't exist andI have still not received any form of verification that allows me to track or have any faith this is not a fraud situation. Very unfortunate as I was truly interested in your products. I am perplexed and will decide before the end of business today whether to cancel these orders or not." So I would suggest proceeding with caution. I do feel the need to update this review by adding that I have received an email update from a real person with an apology and the promise of delivery specifically mentioning the legitimacy of their company. I would still suggest caution until I receive a receipt or my products though.
