I saw an item on Facebook and, with covid, have become quite comfortable with online shopping, so I know what to expect when a company provides what I've ordered in a reasonable amount of time and provides good customer service. I'd never seen these iced tea spoons with Love You More and hearts on it before. It was perfect for my family and I had to have it for everyone, believing it would arrive by Christmas. I ordered 17 of them on December 9th and was so excited. They were tracked until December 17. Then it stopped being tracked. December 19-20, I contacted Browze because I was concerned it would not arrive on time. They could not update me and told me to just keep checking back. They arrived today. December 29. Now I get to deliver them all over hill and dale. I will not order from Browze again. Their tracking is faulty. Their customer service people are inadequate.
