Ordered over 50 times with INVICTA STORES and my recent order was missing half of the watches. 5 watches were missing. Nothing wrong with the box. It was sealed. I sent pics with everything including the box the label the watches that were included, the packaging slip showing what should have been in the box. All they did is open a UPS claim. UPS called me and denied the claim because it obviously had nothing to do with UPS. I called them back to see what the next steps were and MARISELA in customer service tells me there is nothing they can do UPS denied the claim. They are basically calling me a liar. Here is the last email repy I received from them
'Dear Customer,
We are reaching out to you regarding the claim we filed on your behalf for tracking 1ZY2xxxxxxxxxx. The carrier has concluded its investigation, and unfortunately, your claim was denied.
At this time, we will not be able to further assist. If you like you may contact your bank and advise of the non-receipt of your package.
Our apologies for any inconvenience.
SO DISAPPOINTING! AFTER YEARS OF PLACING ORDERS WITH THEM. THIS IS HOW THEY HANDLE THEIR MISTAKE. BUYERS BEWARE IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE WITH YOUR ORDER IT IS ON YOU! GOOD LUCK IF YOU CHOOSE TO ORDER FROM THEM.
