I purchased the 602 Foam It Green Kit and had somewhat of a mixed experience. I bought the kit to spray foam a portion of my basement walls. I followed all directions exactly, including keeping the tanks at or near 75 degrees - i made sure the temperature in my house was right around 75 degrees for a week. On the day i planned to spray foam, i purchased a propane torpedo heater to make sure my basement was exactly 75 degrees - i had the heater on for 5 hours prior to spraying and i used an infrared temperature gun to make sure i had the right temperature.

When the temperature of the room was at 75 degrees, i brought down the tanks (they were in the upstairs at 75 degrees) and setup to start. When i went to start spraying, I tested the spray and the foam was coming out correctly at first, so i began to spray a couple of sections of my wall. Shortly into spraying, the foam started to turn bluish and then all blue. I stopped spraying and began to troubleshoot the issue. See attached pictures for the blue material sliding down the wall.

NOTE: I called the helpline immediately, which is marketed as being a 24/7 helpline. THIS IS NOT TRUE - their 24/7 customer service is an automated answering machine that only provides common solutions - i left a message and had to wait until the next day to speak with a customer service representative. This was very infuriating as i purchased the product under the assumption that i could call at off hours if need be - i am an accountant and do most of my home projects at night and on the weekends.

The next day, I spoke with a nice representative that informed me that the issue was most likely a clogged gun - she gave me instructions on how to unclog the gun. I did exactly as she said and significant foam was likely lost, which i do not believe was my fault as i had followed all of their instructions exactly.

Due to these issues, i ran out of blue foam and estimate that the kit under-performed by approx, 100 board feet of foam - this is a significant amount when the total foam is only 600 board feet.

However, once the foam started working correctly, it worked great and was easy to apply to my wall. It was much faster than installed foam board into my wall, which already had studs in place.

If i had not experienced any issues with their faulty spray gun, my experience would most likely have been 4 or 5 stars. However, i was extremely frustrated by the fact that I spent additional time and money to achieve the "perfect" spraying conditions, only to have their product malfunction.

I've added photos which show the initial issues where mostly the blue chemical was dispensing as well as a picture to show the spray foam, when working properly, of the wall, which ended up turning out pretty good.
