No difficulties at all with ordering. Though, due to some reason, I incorrectly ordered the 32 bit of Windows 7 instead of the 64. I called the CS and without many questions, my mistake was adjusted. What impressed me more was when they sent everything in a couple of hours even with the mistake I made! Thus far the best customer service.
