Booked Air Canada flights from Ottawa to London. Received an email with link to seat selection. Then reserved and prepaid for seats (6 weeks before departure)
Went to check in to discover we were assigned different seats - seats we had selected had been allocated to others
Phone Flighthub - forced to leave a call back number. Called back 15 minutes later - and hopes were up. Unfortunately first agent unable to resolve, transferred my call. 25 minutes later a second agent answered - fairly insisted on knowing credit card details (?) then disputed charges - generally unsympathetic. Suggested talking to a supervisor - a 5 minute wait followed by another 5 minute. Really!
